Blue Raz Lemon Candy -
Just another blue raz recipe put together to test/showcase the new Nomz SC Lemon in a fruit/candy type recipe. Just tweaked + added in the lemon to one of my existing (private) recipes just to test how it works with a recipe/flavours that i know very well.
& it works extremely well which i kind of expected in this one, really nice blue raz which if you have the flavours & you like a blue raz i recommend giving it a try.
As i mentioned before in my previous recipe notes (Lemon Tart ♤), i dont think 3.5% is the limit with this lemon, but i think it sits very nicely at that % in this recipe & the lemon tart one i made.

*Steep* - SnV recipe but it does get better with a bit of a steep..
